  • Tommy Ahlquist, Principal

    Ahlquist Development was established by Thomas Ahlquist, Jr. in 2004. Tom graduated from medical school in 1996 and has practiced emergency medicine in Boise at St. Luke’s Hospital for eight years after finishing his residency at the University of Arizona. Tom, having served in leadership and management capacities like the Medical Director and the Director of the Chest Pain Center for St. Luke’s, realized that the burgeoning growth of the Treasure Valley needed to be supported by commercial developments with medical components. Tom’s diverse relationships within the medical community, as well as his contacts within local governments, assisted in his desire to develop and expand Ahlquist Development’s portfolio.

  • Tom Ahlquist, Principal

    Because of early success and the magnitude of Gardner Ahlquist’s current projects, Tom Ahlquist, Sr. joined the team as an owner. Tom Sr. is now our Vice President of Construction and Asset Management. We are fortunate to have his expertise, which was gained by his 21 years as an owner’s representative/construction manager for the Boyer Company. Tom Sr. has personally managed the construction of over four million square feet of commercial real estate. He has successfully placed hundreds of tenants through the build-out process and he is extremely experienced in timely completion and budgeting of projects.

  • Sherry Schoen, Director of Leasing & Marketing

    Sherry brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, business development, client relations and senior management. Prior to joining Gardner Ahlquist, Sherry worked for Grubb & Ellis|Idaho Commercial Group, Treetop Technologies Inc., and spent 14 years with Hewlett Packard. Sherry focuses her efforts on new development opportunities as well as the three mixed-use projects currently under construction including The Portico at Meridian, Eagle Island Crossing, and Ventana.

  • Cody Mullins, Property Management

    Cody Mullins heads up our property management team. He is responsible for all phases of property maintenance including tenant move-in, warranty work, HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance.  Cody is responsible for coordinating the team of contract professionals that support our projects and buildings. He is committed to exceeding tenant satisfaction. Our property management department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any emergent needs. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service to our tenants and customers.
